About approval of the Regulations on the Register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Approve "Regulations on the Register of state-owned property in the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. To public authorities of the Azerbaijan Republic, state-owned companies, concerns, associations, the companies, organizations and the organizations - in two-month time according to the procedure, the established Provision specified in Item 1 of this Decree to provide submission to the State committee on questions of property of the Azerbaijan Republic of all necessary data on the real state-owned property which is at their disposal (including the real state-owned property which is outside the Azerbaijan Republic).

3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

* in a month to resolve financing issues for the purpose of the organization of maintaining the Register of state-owned property of the Azerbaijan Republic;

* within the powers to resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. To the state committee on questions of property of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
