About approval of new forms of declarations and reports and rules of their filling

Due to the entry into force since January 1, 2009 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2009" of November 25, 2008 No. 715-IIIGD for the purpose of taxation in source of payment of the obtained income from royalty of physical resident persons, taking into account separately of the amounts of external receivables and payables of legal entities and physical persons, not reflections in "The declaration on the simplified tax" of the cost of the transactions exempted from the value added tax according to provisions of article 164 of the Tax Code, when implementing these transactions by payers of the simplified tax, and being guided by the Item 15.11 "Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic", I order:

1. Approve the following new forms of declarations and reports and the rule of their filling (are applied to the order):

* "Declaration on the income tax", "Appendix No. 1 to the Declaration on the income tax" and rules of their filling;

* "The declaration on tax on the income", Appendix of the Declaration on tax on the income" and rules of their filling;

* "The declaration on the tax withheld in payment source" and procedure for its filling;

* "The report on payment in the government budget from difference between the contract (selling) price (less export expenditures) products during export of products made in the Azerbaijan Republic and the prices on which are regulated, and wholesale price of the company within the country", "Appendix to the Report on payment in the government budget from difference between the contract (selling) price (less export expenditures) products during export of products made in the Azerbaijan Republic and the prices on which are regulated, and wholesale price of the company within the country" and rules of their filling;
