1. Approve Norma of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to employees of road economy (further - Regulations) which are applied.
2. To the manager of the sector of the organization of the state supervision for industrial safety and labor protection in mechanical engineering, on transport and in communication to Buryak P. I. in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To the head of department of normative and legal and legal providing Prokhorov V. V. to enter changes in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection and to post this order on the website of Gosgorpromnadzor.
4. To the assistant department head of personnel, clerical work and special work Kravtsu V. Yu. provide publication of the order in mass media.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Gosgorpromnadzor Dolmatov O. I.

1.1. This Regulations are developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection".
1.2. This Regulations extend to the companies, organizations, the organizations of road economy providing construction, repair and operation of highways and bridges irrespective of subordination and pattern of ownership.
1.3. This Regulations determine types and terms of carrying (use) of overalls, special footwear and other individual protection equipment necessary for accomplishment of production process by employees of road economy.
1.4. Regulations contain according to the Qualifier of professions of recreation center 003:2005, the approved order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of 26.12.2005 of N 375, the list of professions (positions) of employees of the companies and organizations of road economy, the list of works, overalls, special footwear and other individual protection equipment (далееСИЗ), terms of their use, and also classification by protective properties and designation according to GOST 12.4.103-83 "SSBT. The clothes are special protective, individual protection equipment of legs and hands. Classification" and GOST 12.4.011-89 "SSBT. Remedies of working. General requirements and classification".
1.5. Except these Regulations, for performance of works at the companies and in the organizations of road economy workers shall be provided to SIZ according to "Standard regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers and the employee of end-to-end professions and positions of all industries of the national economy and the separate productions" approved by Goskomtrud's resolution of the USSR and Presidium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions of 12.02.81 N 47/P-2.
1.6. Procedure for providing necessary for accomplishment of production process of SIZ of employees of the companies and organizations, and also procedure for their content and storage are determined by the Regulations on procedure for providing workers with special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision of 24.03.2008 of N 53, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.05.2008 for N 446/15137 (NPAOP 0.00-4.01-08).
1.7. Control of correctness and timeliness of providing workers with individual protection equipment at the companies is performed by state supervision bodies behind labor protection and security services of work of the companies.
1.8. Public control over the correct and timely providing workers of SIZ at the companies is performed by labor collectives through the representatives elected by them and labor unions on behalf of the elected bodies and representatives, and in case of absence of labor unions - authorized hired employees of person concerning labor protection.
