According to part one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" the board of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment DECIDES:

1. To establish the payments provided by Article part two 23, Article 33, taking into account the regulations provided in paragraph five of part three of Final provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the size of fees on some types of obligatory national social insurance" in 2009 in the amount of 360 hryvnias.

2. To establish the payments provided by Article part one 23, taking into account the regulations provided in paragraph five of part three of Final provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" in 2009 in the amount of at least 500 UAH, but not above the average salary which developed by all types of economic activity in the respective area for last month.

3. To submit to executive directorate of Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment the resolution of board on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation.
