1. Approve the Procedure of payments of retail prices on the electric power used by the companies for production of titanium spongy only for technological requirements it (is applied).

2. (Kuchuk V. V.) to provide to the CEO of the state company "Zaporizhia Titanium-magnesium Works" monthly giving of Minprompolitiki of form of the state statistical observation N 1-P (urgent) "The urgent report on production of industrial output (works, services)", the statistics of Ukraine approved by the order of the State committee of 12.07.2007 of N 215, and information concerning percent of grade of different brands of titanium spongy from total production.

3. To provide to the head of department of 7-1 (Shinkarenko P. S.) calculations of weighted average price of titanium spongy taking into account the prices in the world market and the actual amount of electric power consumption for technological requirements for month under report, timely generalization of settlement data and their transfer of NKRE.
