About establishment of the sizes of monetary compensation of cost of food to the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash for 2009

According to the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" and in pursuance of Item 9 of the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for accomplishment of the programs connected with social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 20, 2005 N 936 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Sizes of monetary compensation of cost of food for the citizens referred to categories 1 and 2 of persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash for 2009 which are applied.

2. Determine that the sizes of monetary compensation to parents of the injured children who are not visiting children's preschool educational institutions (these institutions which are not consisting in accounting structure) if children do not consist on complete state providing, and the amount of expense recovery connected with education (content) of the children who were affected by the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, to departments of formation of the district, district state administrations in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, structural divisions concerning formation of executive bodies city district in the cities, village councils is determined based on the average sizes of cost of food of children in the specified institutions approved by local government bodies.
