About approval of the Regulations on Consultative body

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 17) of Item 5 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About financial accounting and the financial reporting" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Consultative body.

2. Repeal the following orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) of March 12, 2001 No. 124 "About Methodological council of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning financial accounting and audit";

2) of September 14, 2004 No. 351 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2001 No. 124 "About Methodological council of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning financial accounting and audit";

3) of April 11, 2006 No. 122 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 12, 2001 No. 124 "About Advisory council of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning financial accounting and audit".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
