Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation in 2009 of compensation payments to separate categories of citizens of the Russian Federation on the deposits in Savings bank of the Russian Federation which are guaranteed savings according to the Federal Law "About Recovery and Protection of Savings of Citizens of the Russian Federation".

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation:

perform financial provision of compensation payments to separate categories of citizens of the Russian Federation on deposits in Savings bank of the Russian Federation according to the Rules approved by this resolution within the means of the federal budget for 2009 provided on these purposes;

compensate to Savings bank of the Russian Federation at the expense of the means of the federal budget for 2009 provided on the subsection "Other Nation-wide Questions" of the Section "Nation-wide Questions" of classification of budgets expenses, the costs connected with implementation of compensation payments on deposits according to this resolution in the amount of 2,5 of percent of the amount of actually effected payments.
