About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the federal budget for 2009 and for planning period of 2010 and 2011

According to the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2009 and for Planning Period of 2010 and 2011" (further - the Federal Law) the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Accept to execution the federal budget for 2009.

2. To chief managers of the income of the federal budget and chief managers of sources of financing of federal budget deficit:

a) take measures for ensuring receipt of taxes, charges and other obligatory payments, and also reducing debt on their payment;

b) represent quarterly, to the 10th preceding the first month of quarter to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation the forecast of monthly receipt of the income for the next quarter;

c) provide till January 20, 2009 to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation the forecast of receipts of the income for the current financial year with quarterly distribution;

d) represent analytical materials on execution of the federal budget regarding receipts of the income according to the procedure and terms which are established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

3. To the main managers of means of the federal budget and chief managers of sources of financing of federal budget deficit:

a) when planning the corresponding payments from the federal budget to provide uniform and effective use of means of the federal budget within the current financial year;

b) represent analytical materials on execution of the federal budget regarding expenses according to the procedure and terms which are established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

c) represent monthly, no later than the 8th following for reporting, assessment of the expected execution of the federal budget on expenses and assessment of the expected execution of the federal budget on sources of financing of federal budget deficit in the forms established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
