1.1. 1.2. From the moment of registration of this provision the "Provision on evaluation procedure of net assets of investment fund" registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for N 334 of 28.04.96 voids.
1.3. Assets of IFA are understood as the property of IFA consisting of non-current assets (the long-term financial investments) and the current assets (the short-term financial investments, deposit facilities and means in calculations). The financial investments of IFA are considered according to national accounting standards.
1.4. Obligations of IFA are understood as short-term obligations of IFA (accounts payable, debt on contributions to the budget, off-budget funds and other). Obligations of IFA do not join own means of IFA (the paid authorized capital, retained earnings and other sources of own means).
1.5. Net assets of IFA are understood as size the equity IFA determined by way of subtraction from the amount of assets of size of obligations of investment fund which is actually created and being at the disposal.
