1. Approve the enclosed Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Ventilating Systems".

2. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of the first official publication.

Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Ventilating Systems"

1. Scope

1. This Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Ventilating Systems" (further - the Technical regulation) extends to the ventilating systems and their components applied on objects of industrial production.

2. Identification of components (finished goods) of ventilating system is made by use of codes of the Commodity nomenclature of the external economic activity (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity) given in appendix on marking and accompanying documents, on signs, parameters, indicators and requirements which are in total sufficient for recognition.

3. This Technical regulation does not extend to ventilating systems of the companies:

1) with the productions referred on fire danger to categories A and B;

2) connected with production and storage of radioactive materials;

3) underground mining operations;

4) of special function.
