According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 N 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils price regulation (rates) is relative" I ORDER:
1. Approve Rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the internal message which are applied.
2. This order becomes effective in 10 days after state registration, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
3. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine (Kostiuk M. D.):
3.1. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3.2. Provide the correct application of this order and inform on price level of passengers at stations and Items of sale of travel documents.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 22.07.2008 N 913 "About approval of Rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the internal message", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.07.2008 for N 672/15363.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Badagov V. F.
