About approval of the Regulations on interaction between Gosatomregulirovaniya and MZ concerning state regulation of radiation safety
According to the Regulations on the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2006 of N 1830, and the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.11.2006 of N 1542, concerning realization of state policy in the field of radiation safety and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of state regulation of radiation safety we ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on interaction between the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine concerning state regulation of radiation safety which is applied.
2. Gosatomregulirovaniya (V. Ryazantsev) to provide to management of safety of radiation technologies provision of this order in five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Gosatomregulirovaniya - Makarovskaya O. A. and deputy. The First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine, the chief state health officer of Ukraine - Ponomarenko A. M.
