1. Approve the enclosed Translation rules and recoveries of students on education organization types.

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 13, 2005 No. 13 "About approval of Translation rules and recovery of students in the organizations giving initial professional, average professional and higher education" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 7, 2005 3426, No. 192 published on October 18, 2005 in "The legal newspaper" (926)).

3. (S. Omirbayev) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the higher and postgraduate education state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
