Determine that person, independently or jointly with the affiliirovanny persons, the having intention to acquire in the secondary security market thirty and more percent of voting shares of society, sends to the society and state body exercising regulation and supervision of the security market, the notification on appendix form to this resolution not later than ten days prior to the beginning of the expected period of share acquisition.

2. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Management of the National commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on securities of October 26, 1998 N 182 "About conditions of acquisition of large blocks of shares" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under N 656, published in February, 1999 in the "Security Market of Kazakhstan" magazine N 2);

2) the resolution of Management of the National commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan on securities of November 3, 1998 N 187 "About procedure for informing on share acquisition of open national joint-stock company" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under N 650, published in February, 1999 in the "Security Market of Kazakhstan" magazine N 2).
