About approval of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of foreign vessels which are operated on terms of the contract of bare-boat charter by subjects of business activity, and the amount of collection for parallel state registration of these courts

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 25, 1994 N 187 "About parallel state registration of foreign vessels which are operated by subjects of business activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration of foreign vessels which are operated on terms of the contract of bare-boat charter by subjects of business activity it (is applied).

2. Determine that for parallel state registration of foreign vessels in the State register of shipping of Ukraine, including modification of the Register and exception of the Register, is levied collection in the amount of 120 percent of the amount of the collection established for state registration of the Ukrainian courts which it is enlisted into the account of body of state registration from the freighter.

3. To the ministry of transport:

create the State register of courts of Ukraine;

approve procedure for maintaining the State register of shipping of Ukraine, the Ship book of Ukraine and form of the relevant ship's papers in coordination with the interested ministries and departments.
