1. Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of state bodies in case of state registration of medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment, and registration of trademarks in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the Chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aykenov M. O., the Chairman of Committee of pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baymukanova S.A.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
