For the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2002 N 572 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About estimative activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I order:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules on application by subjects of estimative activities of requirements to evaluation methods of intellectual property items.
2. To impose control of execution of this Order on the Chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sakhipova N. N.
3. This Order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
