Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Development program of system of state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it for 2009-2013 (further - the Program).
2. Determine the State committee on property the state customer of the Program.
3. To the state committee on property to finish the Program to interested and annually till January 15 to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the course of its accomplishment.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State committee on property.
5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
