About establishment of forms of the Certificate on the trademark and Certificates on the geographical index

In ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About trademarks and geographical indexes" of August 19, 1998 the No. 749 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Establish forms of the Certificate on the trademark and Certificates on the geographical index according to appendices to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
