Concept of collective security of the State Parties of the Agreement on collective security

The concept of collective security of the State Parties of the Agreement on collective security of May 15, 1992 (daleekontseption) represents set of views of the State Parties of the Agreement on collective security (daleegosudarstva-participating) on prevention and elimination of threat to peace, joint protection against aggression, ensuring their sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The concept is based on the principles of the UN, OSCE, the Agreement on collective security, and also provisions of other documents accepted by the State Parties in its development.

The concept includes: fundamentals of military policy of the State Parties, bases of ensuring collective security, main directions and stages of creation of system of collective security.

Realization of provisions of the Concept provides implementation of the approved political, economic, military and other measures.
