About approval of the Regulations on the employee inventions, useful models and industrial designs created in the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of settlement of the relations on creation of employee inventions, useful models and industrial designs at the companies, in the organizations and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also respect for legitimate interests of the worker, the employer and the state the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the employee inventions, useful models and industrial designs created in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the ministries, the state committees, departments, concerns, associations, associations, the companies, the organizations, organizations and other business entities of the republic till January 1, 1995 to bring earlier signed employment contracts (contracts) between the worker and the employer regarding creation, legal protection and use of the employee invention, useful model and industrial design into compliance with requirements of the specified Provision.
