This procedure for issue of temporary permissions to burial of radioactive waste (further - Russian joint stock company) in the burial grounds (storages) which are specially intended for this purpose is carried out by bodies of the Ministry of ecology and bioresources of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on Art. 42 "About protection of the surrounding environment in the Kazakh SSR" and amendments to Health regulations of the address with Russian joint stock company.
All radioactive waste, irrespective of their aggregate state is subject to burial (liquid or firm).
