About approval of the budget of the State oil fund of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2009

According to the "Provision on the State oil fund of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2000 No. 434, and the "Rules of creation and execution of the annual program of the income and expenses (budget) of the State oil fund of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 12, 2001 No. 579, I decide:

1. Approve the income of the State oil fund of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2009 in the amount of 8 361 016, 3 thousand manats, expenses - in the amount of 5 319 534, 9 thousand manats.

2. Determine that budget receipts of the State oil fund of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2009 are created into the account of the following receipts:
