AGREEMENT ON ACCOMPLISHMENT OF FLIGHTS OF AIRCRAFTS OF SPECIAL PURPOSE

The governments of the State Parties of this agreement which further are referred to as with Contracting Parties

proceeding from the Usage agreement of airspace of May 15, 1992 (Tashkent),

understanding importance of safety of flights of special aircrafts,

wishing to promote operational and uniform ensuring special flights,

in view of need of interaction during the using of airspace of the states of the CIS, management and control of movement of aircrafts of special purpose,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Contracting parties shall under the organization and accomplishment of flights of aircrafts of special purpose with heads of states, chairmen of the Supreme Councils, heads of governments and official state and government delegations to be guided by this Agreement and special rules approved jointly by competent authorities of Contracting Parties. Such rules shall not contradict the rules of flights of aircrafts existing in the territory of these states.

Article 2

Coordination of flights of aircrafts of special purpose in airspace of the states of the CIS is assigned to the Main center of the Single system of air traffic control, the Central command post of Troops of air defense (The usage agreement of airspace of May 15, 1992), and also to specially authorized bodies of Contracting Parties.

Article 3

For receipt of permissions and the organization of flight of aircrafts of special purpose in (from) the state, being participants of this agreement, transit flight of their territory within airspace of Contracting Parties the state interested in accomplishment of such flight (flight) sends the corresponding note to the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the pro-flown states in which airspace flight, and also necessary information in the Main center of the Single system of air traffic control, the Central command post of Troops of air defense and specially authorized bodies of Contracting Parties is made.
