1) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide its official publication in mass media and to bring it to the attention of structural divisions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication.

3. To provide to owners of networks of telecommunications and telecom operators in the networks of telecommunications measurement and accounting of traffic according to the sizes of units of tariffing approved by this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication Bishigayev A. D.

5. This order is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
