1. Approve the enclosed Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Gas Supply Systems".

2. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of the first official publication.

Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Gas Supply Systems"

1. Scope

1. This Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Gas Supply Systems" (further - the Technical regulation) is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2002 "About industrial safety on hazardous production facilities".

2. Requirements of the Technical regulation extend to the following gas supply systems:

1) outside gas pipelines of settlements, including inter-settlement;

2) outside (on-site) gas pipelines and gas equipment (technical devices) of gas supply systems;

3) outside gas pipelines and the gas equipment (technical devices) of gas supply systems of thermal power plants, including gas pipelines with gas pressure over MPa 1,6 to gas turbine and steam-gas installations, gas preparation Items, including blocks of reduction and compression, cleaning, drying, heating and booster compressor stations;
