According to Item 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2008 "About transfer pricing" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Inventory (works, services) on which international business transactions are subject to monitoring of transactions.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
