1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on development, production, implementation, servicing, research of efficiency of systems and means of technical information security, provision of services in the field of technical information security which are applied.
2. To department of licensing of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (Ivanchenko O. B.), to Department of regulation of activities in the field of technical information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (Dikhtyarenko M. D.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
