Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that till January 1, 2010 the organizations and individual entrepreneurs have the right not to charge depreciation on all or separate fixed asset objects and intangible assets which are registered in their financial accounting and used by them in business activity. At the same time normative service life and useful lifex of such objects are prolonged for the term equal to the period in which charge of this depreciation was not made.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
