About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of stabilization funds
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2000 No. 631 "About additional measures for wages increase and provision of soft credits to separate employee categories" (2000, No. 112, 1/1810) the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus decides the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of the stabilization funds formed in the republican budget, budgets of areas and Minsk.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom:
forming of stabilization funds in the sizes necessary for wages increase;
control of forming and target use of means of stabilization funds.
3. To the Ministry of Finance till January 15, 2001 to make offers in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on approval of quarterly distribution of settlement indicators of the income under the republican budget, budgets of areas and Minsk in 2001 and to grant the right to make explanations concerning forming and use of means of stabilization funds.
