About debt restructuring on payments, the stipulated in Article 57 Laws of Ukraine "About education" to pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical and other employee categories of educational institutions

Article 1

This Law payments, the stipulated in Clause 57 Laws of Ukraine "About education" are recognized part accounts payable of the Government budget of Ukraine (further in the text - payments):

paragraphs the eighth and the tenth parts one - in full which were not added or were not paid;

paragraph one of part four - in full payments if it was performed by workers, but not at the expense of the relevant budget.

The accounts payable is recognized for the entire period when financing of payments stopped the law on the government budget for the corresponding year.

The accounts payable of the Government budget of Ukraine is recognized also cases if payments were made by the corresponding local budget when the law on the government budget they stopped or made by the corresponding local budget by a court decision.

Article 2

The accounts payable of the Government budget of Ukraine, the stipulated in Clause 1 this Law, is obligatory to repayment and is settled within five years by equal parts by inclusion of these expenses the relevant laws of Ukraine on the Government budget of Ukraine since 2005 in the form of separate target subventions from the Government budget of Ukraine to the corresponding local budgets or is direct from the Government budget of Ukraine for the employee categories financed from the Government budget of Ukraine.
