confirming the aspiration to continue mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Authorized bodies under this agreement are the relevant state bodies of certification of the Parties.

Article 2

Authorized bodies of the states of the Parties:

hold mutual consultations in case of development of concepts of development of national systems of certification and requirements to certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills, and also national lists (nomenclatures) of professions of scientists;

provide comparability of the main requirements to job seekers of academic degrees in the state systems of certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills.

Article 3

Authorized bodies of the states of the Parties develop cooperation in the field of certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills by means of:
