to the Order of the Government No. 211 of March 13, 2009
1. The regulations on the Inventory of objects of flora (further - the Inventory) establish procedure and conditions of maintaining the Inventory of objects of flora.
2. The purpose of maintaining the Inventory is the state accounting of objects of flora and procedure for use of these objects, providing the bodies of the central and local public authority interested legal entities and physical persons in the cadastral information on flora and on economic evaluation of objects of flora.
3. The inventory represents the electronic document containing information on distribution of objects of flora on categories of the parcels of land or water objects, owners of lands, the quantity and quality characteristic of objects of flora, their economic evaluation and use at the local and national level.
4. The inventory contains information on accounting:
a) types of the plants, mosses, lichens and mushrooms growing in natural environment;
b) the rare, vulnerable or being under the threat of disappearance types and/or types of the plants having the special status of safety according to international treaties which party the Republic of Moldova is.
5. Subjects of accounting of objects of flora and the Inventory are the following users of these objects:
a) agricultural enterprises - on lands of agricultural value;
