Approve Regulations on permission of nuclear and radiological activities according to appendix.

The regulations on permission of nuclear and radiological activities (further - the Provision) establish necessary framework of application of Articles No. 43, of 44, 54 and 55 Directives of Council 96/29/EURATOM of May 13, 1996 about establishment of standards of safety for protection of health of personnel and the population from the danger proceeding from ionizing radiation, published in the Official magazine of the European Union No. 159, 29.6./1996, p. 1.
1. This Provision establishes procedures of permission of nuclear and radiological activities.
2. This Provision does not extend:
a) on use or consumption by the population of products which were subject to impact of ionizing radiation;
b) on the nuclear materials and sources of ionizing radiation used in the military purposes.
3. This Provision does not exclude receipt of other permissions provided by the current legislation.
