About development of process of coeducation of personnel and specialists for armed forces of state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization

attaching importance to expansion of all spheres of military and technical cooperation on mutually advantageous basis for the purpose of staffing of the military constituting system of collective security,

being guided by the aspiration to resolve issue of coeducation of personnel and specialists for further deepening of interaction between armed forces of state members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (further - the Organization) and developments of the allied relations between them,

noting interest of state members of the Organization in expansion of practice of coeducation of personnel and specialists for national armed forces in military schools of state members of the Organization,

solved:

1. Continue development of coeducation of personnel and specialists for armed forces of state members of the Organization in military schools both the Russian Federation, and other state members of the Organization for the approved military specialties and training programs for them, including the sphere of retraining (dopodgotovka) of military personnel on preferential basis.

2. For this purpose to charge to the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Organization:

approve and approve by the decisions at the regular meeting the List of military schools of state members of the Organization in which coeducation of personnel and specialists, the List of military specialties for coeducation of personnel and specialists in military schools of state members of the Organization, programs of coeducation for the approved military specialties is possible.

Adjust as required documents on joint training and specialists for armed forces decisions of the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Organization.

3. Taking into account stated to the Council of Ministers of Defense of the Organization to handle issue of enhancement of interstate regulatory framework for the purpose of the organization of coeducation of personnel and specialists for armed forces of state members of the Organization, including question of possible preparation of the free standing agreement in this respect.
