Approve work of the Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (further - the Organization) on generalization of needs of state members of the Organization for receipt of assistance in fight against terrorism and drug trafficking and to carrying out the corresponding consultations with management of Executive management of Counter-terrorism committee of the UN Security Council.

2. Charge to the Secretariat of the Organization together with Coordination council of heads of competent authorities for counteraction to drug trafficking of state members of the Organization, the Working group of experts in fight against terrorism and extremism under Committee of secretaries of the Security Councils of the Organization, offices of the Security Councils of state members of the Organization to develop the draft of the program providing realization within the Organization of requirements of law enforcement agencies and intelligence agencies of state members in the field of fight against narcothreat and terrorism for its subsequent submitting for examination in Council of collective security of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
