1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on State commission of the Kyrgyz Republic on radio frequencies.

2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in a month to introduce the draft of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic about statement of structure of State commission of the Kyrgyz Republic on radio frequencies;

- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

3. Recognize invalid:

- The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on State commission of the Kyrgyz Republic on radio frequencies" of April 24, 1998 No. 140;

- The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About changes in structure of State commission of the Kyrgyz Republic on radio frequencies" of February 15, 1999" of September 7, 1999 No. 224.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of economic and social policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
