About legal status of subordinated divisions of the ministries, state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic having the status of the legal entity

For the purpose of legal regulation of activities of subordinated divisions of the executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic having the status of the legal entity according to Articles 10, of 11, "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 17 and 25 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Determine that in system of the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic the following subordinated divisions having functions of the government and having the status of the legal entity function:

- the state agency under the ministry, the state committee;

- public service under the ministry, under the state committee;

- the state inspection under the ministry, the state committee;

- department under state body;

- fund under state body;

- the center under state body.

Territorial structures can be formed in public service, the state agency and the state inspection under the ministry, the state committee.

Territorial structures in other subordinated divisions, as a rule, are not formed.

2. For the purpose of giving of integrity and systemacity to implementable administrative reform to perform education, transformation of state bodies taking into account the following determinations:
