DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for placement of free money of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic in government securities and securities issued by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To send to department of asset management of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic this Resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This resolution becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication.
4. Notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on source of official publication of this resolution of Board.
5. To department of asset management of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to begin preparation for work on purchase and security sale and to start them after entry into force of this Resolution.
6. To financial management of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to allocate funds for security purchase.
7. Declare invalid the Resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for placement of free money of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic in government securities and securities issued by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 10, 2008 No. 135.
8. To impose control over execution of this Resolution on the vice-chairman of Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic Tatkulova Т.Дж.
