1. Approve the enclosed form of the decision on organization of free warehouse and duty-free shop.

2. To legal support division of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kasymbekov R. K.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. (Moldabayev S. S.) to provide to management of organizational work and control of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan official publication of this order in mass media.

4. This order becomes effective since July 26, 2007.
