1. Approve the enclosed Instruction of calculation of minimum price of alcoholic products with a strength of 30% and more.
2. To records department and analysis (Kim R. Yu.) approve the above-stated Instruction with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To department of normative regulation (to Lepesbayev A.) make state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration.
