About approval of the List of territorial subdivisions of authorized body concerning customs affairs, performing customs clearance of the sharing and radioactive materials
For the purpose of implementation of effective customs clearance of the sharing and radioactive materials moved through customs border according to Article 373 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed List of territorial subdivisions of authorized body concerning customs affairs (further the List), performing customs clearance of the sharing and radioactive materials classified in goods items 2612, of 2844, and code 8401300000 of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of Eurasian Economic Community (further - Goods), moved through customs border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Determine that the territorial customs authorities which are not listed in the List have no competences and competence to making concerning Goods of customs transactions, except for the transactions connected with providing the procedure of internal customs transit and customs regime transit of goods.
3. To department of the organization of customs control of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Teng I. V.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To provide to the press service of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan publication of this order in mass media.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erzhanov A. K.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
