1. Approve "The state program of financing of the actions connected with social protection of disabled people in  2009" it (is applied).

2. Approve "The state program of financing of the actions connected with social protection of persons which for the first time are looking for work and jobless citizens in 2009" it (is applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
