About approval of the Provision on value assessment of subjects to privatization

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is valid the law of December 23, 1995 "About privatization" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 2721

1. Approve the enclosed Provision on value assessment of subjects to privatization.

2. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on land relations and land management value assessment of the property right or permanent land use on certain part or all parcel of land of the subjects to privatization offered for sale.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on privatization and the State committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on management of state-owned property review and cancellation of regulations and instructions on value assessment of the subjects to privatization contradicting this resolution.

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are valid the Law of April 21, 1995 No. 2227 "About securities and stock exchange" and of December 23, 1995 No. 2721 "About privatization".
