Regulations on Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. The committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) is the department and authorized body within competence of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing realizable, control functions in the field of fishery, assigned to it by the Constitution, the laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and this Provision.
