ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

of June 26, 2000 No. 942

About approval of Rules of sale of subjects to privatization

(as amended on on June 18, 2010)

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is valid the law of December 23, 1995 N 2721 "About privatization" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of sale of subjects to privatization.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 1996 N 126 "About procedure for carrying out the closed tenders for sale of subjects to privatization" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, N 6, the Art. 35);

2) the paragraph third Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 1996 N 1001 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 1996 N 3059".

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in two-month time to take measures for reduction of earlier made departmental decisions according to this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
