I. Conditions and procedure for selection of users

1. Selection of users of the technical credit of Fund of support of the agrarian sector (further - fund) is performed by the commission created within the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry which part representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and food industry, Ministry of Economy and Trade, GP "Moldresurse", non-governmental organizations and bodies of local public authority of the second level are.

2. For receipt of the means intended for stimulation of creation of machine and technological stations, economic agents shall comply with the following conditions:

a) own or operate at least 100 hectares of the consolidated lands;

b) not have the agricultural machinery necessary for implementation of the main works, according to engineering procedure.

3. For selection of economic agents the following criteria of priority in decreasing order are established:
