1. Approve Regulations about organizations on currency exchange it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the Regulations No. 10018-20 about the organization and functioning in the territory of the Republic of Moldova of exchange currency cashes and exchange points under hotels approved by the Decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova of May 6, 1994, the protocol No. 22 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 91-96, 136), with subsequent changes and amendments, except for:

a) Item 4.3. 8, which voids on April 1, 2009;

b) Item 5.11. 1, which voids on April 7, 2009;
