The Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus and National cash desk of social insurance of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as the Party, being guided by part 3 of article 9 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Moldova about guarantees of the rights of citizens in the field of provision of pensions of September 12, 1995 (in dalneyshemsoglasheniye of September 12, 1995), agreed as follows:
General provisions
This agreement determines procedure for transfer and pension payment, provided by part three of Article 7 and article 8 of the Agreement of September 12, 1995.
Transfer and pension payment is made respectively by Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of social protection of the Republic of Belarus and National cash desk of social insurance of the Republic of Moldova on condition of resettlement of the pensioner from the territory of one state on the territory of other state on the permanent residence.
Transfer of pensions is made once a quarter no later than the 10th day of the third month of quarter for which payment is made.
Transfer of pensions is made since month to which pension payment still to the residence, but no more than in six months prior to month of the request for pension was made.
Allowance payment on burial and the pensioner of pension amount half-received in connection with death is made at the expense of means of the Party which financed pension payment.
Transfer of the amounts specified in part one of this Article is performed in process of the request for their obtaining.
